Implant Reconstruction with Sinus Lifts and Porcelain Crowns

	Custom gold abutments are constructed for each implant and the remaining natural teeth are fitted with gold copings. A gold superstructure will be fitted to these copings and porcelain will be added for the final esthetic result.
