The patient is a female in her sixties. She has been wearing a complete lower denture for several years and is not very happy with it. Her maxillary arch is restored with a crown and bridge restoration.

Four Nobelpharma Conical Implants were placed in the anterior section of her mandible. Three months later the implants were uncovered and temporary healing caps were placed. The top Photo shows the patient about four weeks after second stage surgery. At that time, the temporary abutments were removed and the one-piece impression copings were inserted. A hydrocolloid impression was made and a master cast was poured using GI Mask for the soft tissue simulation.
