Fixed-Detachable Implant Restorations

A "Fixed/Detachable" restoration  is a restoration that is held in place by screws. The patient cannot remove it, but the dentist can. It's advantage is in that it acts like a "permanent" restoration and is not removed unless it needs repair. It is much harder to keep clean and service than removable restorations.
