This restoration is a screw retained restoration. The screw access areas will usually fall to the lingual of the teeth. I generally fill these holes with T.E.R.M. by Caulk. The prosthesis is constructed of a metal framework, denture teeth and acrylic resin. The underside of the the restoration is part of the metal framework.
