Maxillary Crown and Bridge

Maxillary Crown and Bridge Restoration

This was a kind of interesting patient treatment that utilized a rather simplistic approach to a full arch fixed implant supported restoration. The patient presented with a maxillary arch that had three implants in the right quadrant and two teeth in the left. The bicuspid was no longer salvageable but the cuspid was in good shape. I elected to preserve the existing implant restorations and the cuspid and place 6 more implants in the maxilla. The implants were placed in positions which would optimize the construction of the final restoration. A clear omnivac stent was used to aid in the positioning. The mandibular posterior teeth were also in need of restoration.
