This patient was slated for a maxillary slant-lock overdenture. I inserted the restoration and she hated it. She wanted something that was fixed and much more like crowns (This is not what we had originally discussed, but...). I remade the restoration as a crown and bridge restoration on the six implants. The photos above depict the impression copings in place, the hydrocolloid impression and the final cast.
