Major Maxillary Reconstruction

Utilizing Teeth and Implants

	This patient is a 65 year old white female who presents with a failing maxillary reconstruction. She is under the care of a periodontist and her oral hygiene, despite heavy calculus accumulation on the mandibular incisors is adequate. She is missing her maxillary incisors and the maxillary left first and second molars. The maxillary left bicuspids are not salvageable.
