Three months after implant placement, second stage surgery was accomplished. The anterior implant, which was placed directly in the bicuspid socket was slightly to the labial and I had to move some of the soft tissue around to compensate for the misplaced vertical releasing incision. The radiograph shows the insertion of the standard trans-mucosal abutments. Note that the two distal abutments are not completely seated at this point.
