Restoration of A Single Maxillary Central Incisor

With an All Ceramic Crown

The upper right central had a long standing root canal and it was fractured. It had to come out and I was real concerned about matching the color of the restoration with the remaining teeth and the effect of the extraction on the height of the gum tissue. I enlisted the patient's periodontist, Dr. Robert Holt, to place the implant and do the grafting necessary to maintain the gingiva and natural appearance.
