Anterior Bone Grafting for the Placement of Dental Implants
| | | | | |
With
this technique, I was able to re-contour the patient's smile and provide
her with a porcelain-fused-to-gold restoration that is supported by her
own natural teeth and the two implants. The restoration extends from cuspid
to cuspid and is cemented with a retrievable, non-crystalizing cement
(Improv).
While the papillae
around the central incisor pontic are far from ideal, the overall appearance
of the restoration is excellent. I am considering a small soft tissue
graft for the pontic area to improve the soft tissue contour. | |
