Major Reconstruction with Maxillary Sinus Lift
 |
The
patient presented with several missing teeth, most notably on the upper
right and upper left sides of his mouth. He was also wearing a removable
partial denture replacing the teeth on the upper right. His bite was overclosed
due to a lack of support and the anterior lower teeth were worn. The x-rays
reveal large maxillary sinus. Also, note the deep overbite caused by the
lack of a stable posterior occlusion.... |  | |
