Major Reconstruction with Maxillary Sinus Lift

Here's an interesting view that shows the mandibular restorations, the maxillary posterior restorations on their implant abutments and the six anterior "tooth" abutments. Note that the left lateral incisor is actually a cast gold abutment on an implant. The anterior portion of the restoration will be splinted utilizing the natural teeth and the implant. This is a configuration that I have used often over the years. The soft tissue is all healthy and well defined around the abutments and the final crowns.
