I have always considered a dental implant as merely a means of helping me complete my Prosthetic Reconstructions for my patients whether it be for overdentures, bridges or single crowns. I have placed implants for this purpose for the past 20 years and I have to note that the implants themselves are completely secondary to the restorations. At this point in my career, given the large number of patients out there who would benefit from dental implant reconstructive procedures and the absolutely abominable economy I am instituting a new program that will benefit many of you. 

For a limited period of time, I will provide the implant portion of your treatment for free. You must pay for the entire reconstruction phase of the procedure as well as any ancillary procedures that may be necessary, such as bone grafting, but the implants themselves will be included at no additional charge.

In order to qualify for this service, You must be a new patient to my practice. You must agree to allow me to do all the restorative and ancillary treatment involved in your dental care. Your fee will be based on the restorative fee of the treatment which will include abutments, crowns or bridges or dentures and any grafting procedures associated with the placement of the dental implants. You must agree to pay one third of the fee at your initial treatment visit with the second third due at the time of final impressions for the restoration and the final payment due at the visit before the insertion of the prosthesis. 

This offer may be cancelled at any time and does not apply to patients who are only coming to me for implant placement.
