This was a very interesting situation for me. The patient that we will follow here actually got to me through this web site. He had this central incisor that he knew he would loose very soon and he wanted me to place an implant and restore the site. My immediate concern was the amount of damage around this tooth which probably should have been extracted long before this photo.
