All-Ceramic Central Incisor Second Stage

An All Ceramic Crown and Abutment Restoration of a

Maxillary Central Incisor

	Six months after implant placement, I did second stage surgery. You can see that subsequent to initial surgery, I actually have a better ridge relationship than when we started.

	My goal here was to preserve as much of the soft tissue as possible. There were no releasing incisions. The abutment was inserted and the provisional restoration cemented. I sutured the soft tissue back into place to avoid loss.
