The top photo on the left shows the provisional restoration on the newly grafted site. The membrane is actually showing through the thin tissue, but it is not exposed.

By expanding this ridge in this manner, I was able to easily place and implant in the maxillary right lateral incisor area with no perforations.

The radiograph shows the two 15 mm implants in solid bone.
