Maxillary Reconstruction with Bilateral Sinus Lift

	This patient presented with a failing maxillary reconstruction. The entire fixed bridge kept coming loose. The patient was the wife of a man I had previously treated and she wanted to see if I could help her.
	This x-ray shows the lack of quality in the original work. That is not a post in the tooth. It is a file.
