Maxillary Reconstruction with Bilateral Sinus Lift

	This is about a year and a half after we started treatment. I elected to keep four natural teeth and we did bilateral sinus lifts and 8 implants. There are gold copings on the four natural teeth.
	Here is an occlusal view of all of the castings.
	The abutments and the castings for the porcelai-fused-to-gold restorations.
