Maxillary Reconstruction with Bilateral Sinus Lift

	The x-rays at the two year recall really tell the story of what we can do today for patients.
	This is a good shot of the sinus lift on the upper left. The sinus was raised and packed with freeze drid bone and Bio-Oss. Note the great dentsity that we have after almost 3 years.
	Here is the sinus lift on the right side. Note that I had a proper root canal completed on the cuspid and we restored it using a gold cast post.
