When the implants are totally integrated, it is time to start constructing the restoration. Each phase of restoration construction is critical. At this point, we have made the impressions, poured the casts, waxed up the final restorations and made the castings which will support the porcelain. Above we are trying in the upper castings and making sure that they fit perfectly. Castings that do not fit perfectly will damage the implants over a period of time.
