We decided to sequence the treatment to make it easier for her to go through the process of loosing her teeth and wearing some sort of temporary prosthesis before the completion of the final implant supported restorations. We removed the back teeth and placed four implants. Six months later, we exposed those implants, removed the remaining teeth and made her an implant overdenture.
