The above photo show the pre-operative condition of a 55 year old male. None of the remaining teeth are salvageable. The maxillary arch is restored with a full denture. The treatment plan (see synopsis) for the lower arch is to place four implants and a bar with ERA attachments to retain the overdenture restoration.
