This is a female patient in her mid 50's. She is what we call a "Bruxer", someone who habitually grinds her teeth. She was referred to me by a general dentist for evaluation and treatment. In the photos above, you can see the extreme wear of her natural teeth resulting in a loss of vertical dimension and face height.
