Immediate Restoration of Two Maxillary Bicuspids

The patient was missing the upper left Cuspid and Bicuspid. Bone volume was excellent and the decision was made to place two implants and immediately place provisional restorations to avoid the necessity of the continuation of wearing a removable prosthesis during healing.
