The cuspid was maintained in the restoration by using a gold coping under the superstructure which was entirely implant supported. The middle slide shows the tissues and the final abutments after the provisionals had been worn for several weeks. Castings were tried in to check for a passive fit. I had my lab use a lot of die spacer and I instructed them to bring it right down to the margin.
