After six months, the implants were integrated and the procedures to construct the final restoration started. The slide on the left shows the master cast with six impression copings in position. I used this cast to do a denture set-up to confirm my tooth position and then I transferred the denture teeth directly to the master cast using a silicone matrix for proper positioning. This cast was then duplicated and an omnivac form was made.

Prepable abutments (IMTEC) were used for the construction of the provisional and final restoration. The prepped abutments can be seen under the omnivac form which was then used in the mouth for the construction of the provisional restoration.
