The provisional restorations were constructed directly in the mouth using Triad. I almost always use processed provisionals, but this time I was experimenting to see what could be accomplished using standard techniques. With the provisional restorations in place, I could verify the positioning of my abutments and make any adjustments necessary for the final restorations. You can see how the maxillary left lateral incisor needs a little work and it is also obvious that I have to shorten my abutments a little bit since they are all peeking out through the palatal surfaces of the provisionals...
