Six months after implant placement, second stage was performed. The implants were solid and a hydrocolloid impression was made several weeks later. Custom gold abutments were made using cast gold UCLA abutments as the base and the fixed bridgework was constructed. A soft tissue cast was used to aid the lab in developing proper contour.
