I had to get some parts from the Strauman company to remove the implant. I have plenty of trephines but I wanted one specific for that implant. They sent me two parts at a cost of about $180.00. I never did figure out what one of the parts was for....

The photo on the left shows the trephine in the site about half way. The photo on the right shows the trephine at the 10mm mark indicating that it was almost to the total depth of the implant.
