I used a processed provisional restoration (temporary crown made in the laboratory) for the first step in properly restoring this tooth. Even though the color is not accurate (pretty difficult to do with plastic, but not impossible) the result is pleasing because of the more normal shape and texture. The tooth has been re-prepared so that the restoration may now follow the gingival contour.
