A 4,3mm diameter conical implant. The tip of the implant is a 3.15mm diameter. The external hex is larger than the standard Branemark hex.

A 4,3mm diameter conical implant is inserted into the prepared osteotomy. The nice thing about conical implants is they seat very rapidly into the site and therefore are less likely to become contaminated. Note the acid etched surfaces.
