Restoration of a Fractured Maxillary Lateral Incisor

With an Immediate Implant Placement and Immediate Restoration

Perhaps the most critical part of the procedure is locating and starting the implant site. This must be done in the palatal portion of the socket in order to maintain the implant entirely in bone.

The osteotomy site is prepared with a 2.2mm, 2.8mm and a 3.15mm spade drills using copious irrigation.

The final drill is a conical 13mm drill which is specifically shaped for the implant.
