This patient is a male in his mid fifties who is facing the loss of all of his remaining teeth. He has had significant periodontal disease over the years and there is a great deal of bone loss around the remaining teeth. He is adamant about having a fixed restoration so we have treatment planned him for a fixed/detachable implant retained/supported restoration.

The first step was to remove all of the existing teeth and fit him with immediate complete dentures. While he was not thrilled with the dentures, they worked fine during the course of treatment.
