Immediate Loading

The prime advantage here is you get teeth right away. Granted this would be a temporary restoration, but it is much more desirable than wearing a complete denture while the implants are healing.

Delayed Loading

The advantage here is better control of the implants, the soft tissues and the final restoration. There is also less need for "extra" implants and a higher degree of implant success. The techniques are more easily mastered by the average dentist.
